Q. What is the lowest quantity of shirts I can have printed?

A. Most companies have minimum orders of 72-144 pieces.
Twice Born Design offers good pricing on quantities of 25 or more.


Q. Are there other charges besides the per shirt charge?

A. At quantities of 200 pieces or more, ABSOLUTELY NOT.

(Print Ready Art)
is defined only by art that is prepared by an apparel designer.
Design must be separated,
must have registration marks and have a .jpg proof.

(Template Designs)
These are designs that you are welcome to use for your design.
This is FREE ART so you will not receive any art charge for your order.
In order to qualify for this FREE TEMPLATE DESIGN
you must follow these rules:

1.) The t-shirt color can be changed but must be a similar color.
ex. Light shirts can not be changed to dark shirts.

2.) Elements of the design CAN NOT be altered.
ex. If the design has a guitar it can not be changed
into a surf board.

Revisions:
Multiple revisions will result in standard art charges. $50 per hour.

Q. How long can I expect my order to take?

Art : 3-5 days
Printing : 5-10 days
Shipping : 1-4 days (Extra charges for expedited shipping)

Rush Order : Art/Printing 9(-) days (ADD $75 RUSH CHARGE)

A. We take up to 5 business days to create your art and send it to you for approval.
Most designs are ready for approval in 48 hours. The faster you approve the art, the faster we can complete your order.
Once you have approved the art, we need 5 to 10 business days for printing.
This includes ordering the shirts, preparing the screens, and printing the shirts. Most jobs take 10-15 days from start to finish. There is a rush charge of $75.00 for any job needed quicker than 2 weeks. This includes reorders. We reserve the right to deny rush requests if the time frame is not feasible at the current time.


Q. What is the quality of the t-shirts you print on?

A. Unless you indicate something else, we will print your design on pre-shrunk, 5.3 oz. to 6.1 oz., short sleeve, 100% cotton t-shirts. Our favorite brands are Anvil, Gildan, Delta and Alstyle. If you prefer any other type of shirt, you must indicate before the art is approved. We do not normally ask if you have a preference, so it is your responsibility to inform us if something different is required. We will not refund or return any order due to the quality of the shirts.

Q. Do you give refunds?

A. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
If the circumstances require it, we will issue credit towards your next purchase.
We ask for approval from you before any job is printed. This is a policy designed to make sure you are completely satisfied with the art before we print. Once the art is approved, we do not take any responsibility for any mistakes in the artwork.

If there is a mistake on our part, but your approval was correct, we will reprint the shirts at our cost or apply credit toward another job for you. We will not refund you the cost of the order. We will rush the revised order.

IMPORTANT: pay good attention to the proof before you approve the design, layout, size etc. Your approval by email waives Twice Born Design of any responsibility.


Q. How many ink colors can I use on a t-shirt design?

A. The maximum number of colors we can do is 6 colors per location.
The more colors you use, the more expensive the shirts will be.

Other products have different color limitations. We will work with you on each item.
